• Bedroom 2 has twin beds. Both rooms have double-glazing.

• Bedroom 1 with double bed has panoramic views over the valley.
• Bedroom 2 has two single beds.

• There are three bedrooms, one with double bed and the others having twin beds.
• Two bathrooms both with bath, hand basin and W.C.; one bathroom also having electric shower.There is a cot area adjacent to the bedrooms. This cottage caters for 6 persons comfortably.

Forming part of the converted Chapel, Gable End is furnished to a high standard in the style of a modern apartment.

Open plan accommodation with full central heating.

Ground floor sitting room comfortably furnished with TV, video and CD/radio. Large gothic style window with window seat giving superb views south over the Fowey Valley.

Original, hand painted, wall tiles are on display retaining a link to the past.

Fully equipped kitchen with fitted units incorporating fridge, freezer, oven/hob and microwave. Dining table and chairs. Stairs leading to gallery bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower room with electric shower, hand basin and wc.

Cloisters, Rose, and Fountain are three cottages with central heating and furnished to a similar specification suited to couples.

A well equipped kitchen with fitted units, oven/hob, fridge, freezer and microwave, leads to the sitting room which incorporates a dining area. T.V and Video is provided.

Stairs lead to a gallery style bedroom with double bed and a shower room/WC (Fountain can be either double or twin bedded accommodation).

Large windows give splendid views over the terrace and the Fowey valley whilst retaining privacy. Cloisters cottage can accommodate an extra bed on the ground floor. Travel cots can also be provided.

Weekly rental costs vary depending upon the time of year and are available on request Cost includes bed linen, heating, electricity and use of the leisure facilities (small charge for use of sauna). Cottages are non-smoking - regretably no pets are allowed. Children welcome, cots and high chairs available on request.

Cancellation Policy - If reservations are cancelled, deposits are refundable only if the accommodation can be re-let. Should the cancellation be within one month of arrival or if the reservation period is not completed, the full amount becomes due unless the accommodation is re-let.

Peregrine Hall has generous car parking and trailers can be accommodated for those visitors who wish to enjoy the excellent sailing facilities at near by Fowey.
